Very Rev. Msgr. Peter Skrincosky, a priest of the Eparchy of Stamford, doctorate has been published. The Liturgical Legislator in the Ukrainian Church was published thanks to the generosity of Most Rev. Basil H. Losten, one of Father Skrincosky's students at Saint Basil College Seminary.
The dissertation traces the origin and development of the liturgical legislations in our Church. The project was directed by known liturgist Very Rev. Alphonse Raes, S.J. from the Pontifical Oriental Institute in Rome . This position is a valuable contribution to the liturgical studies in the Ukrainian Catholic Church, and will be valued both by professors and students of Oriental Theology as a source of information.
